Roslyn Frantz; Live – June 22, 2025

Come celebrate a lifetime in music at the Mary Irwin Theatre/ Rotary Centre for the Arts-Kelowna 4pm.

This Documentary just won 1st place at the London Women’s Film Festival, and 2nd place and the Okanagan Screen Awards. Donation levels for tickets are $20, $30 and $50. Part of the proceeds will go to the filmmakers to help them submit the documentary to film festivals around the world.  (get tickets here or at the door)

Doors open at 330pm and screening at 4pm with an Encore piano performance by Roslyn. Roslyn’s 94th birthday celebration will follow in the RCA Atrium 6-8pm.

Roslyn Frantz is a beloved icon of the Kelowna arts community, whose life has been dedicated to music, creativity, and cultural enrichment. Ands over the past 44 years in the Okanagan, she has touched countless lives through her piano performances, mentorship,  musical direction and tireless support of local artists.

Now approaching her 94th birthday, Her legacy is beautifully captured in the new documentary “Roslyn Frantz: Live”—a heartfelt tribute to a woman who helped shape the soul of Kelowna’s creative landscape.
