We start the course by learning to read the storyline/ character breakdown, sides and work with partners to make choices that provide confidence in presenting a “solid read”. Then show up weekly, ready to work from your “gut” on cold read auditions with very little time to prepare. You will learn to trust your impulse and Improv skills while making strong choices with intention and clarity. You will then get 2 “takes” on camera with a reader and then review as a group with supportive and honest critique. Everyone gets a chance to be the reader to better understand the other side of the audition process. This is essential and continued training to improve your self tape auditions, callbacks as well as live zoom auditions and interviews.
